The staff here was great and tried hard to accommodate me, the room however, i had issues.
Room was clean but smelled like mildew. I had to purchase Febreeze and spray entire room to get it smelling decent.
The amenities were either missing or broken: missing iron, broken coffee maker, hairdryer blew and wouldn't work, wall outlet blew: so couldn't fix hair in mirror over the bathroom sink.
mattress on bed was terrible: hard, lumpy and sloped down.
minifridge was very noisy.
could hear thru the room walls other tenants.
no instruction on access to wifi or internet.
was not told breakfast times and that lacked luster, need better food selections!
rooms are very outdated: decor.
the hotel location was great: near stores and restaurants but not in the city, on outskirts.
I chose this place because it was close to the wedding i was attending, and last minute hotel availability.
if you are wanting a nice place to stay like a vacation...this aint it! if you just need a clean room and a clean place to shower...it will do!

Bath tubs are disgusting. Even the toilet seat is too dirty. If you are planning to stay in this hotel, don't forget to bring a comforter with you. There is nothing if you need it at night.

Needs a deep cleaning in the room. Dusty and dirty spots on the wall

It's so frustrating when hotels jack up their prices during festivals. We had no other option but to book last night, even though it was overpriced. In between I like the color of the door as it’s one my fav one !

Rooms were very clean & cozy, nice customer service. Very reasonable price.
