The establishment has a bar and a restaurant that resembles a large popular tavern. You can sit down and enjoy boiled crayfish and other local fish and seafood specialties. Très bon restaurant en ce qui concerne les crawfish boil durant la saison des écrevisses. Le restaurant Sammy's grill bénéficie d'un bon rapport qualité prix, le service en revanche n'est pas exeptionnel.
