This Mid City neighborhood eatery is very popular with locals. Chef Kyle Hudson's cuisine is inspired by Creole influences, with a particular emphasis on using Louisiana-grown produce for authenticity. On the menu: fried oysters with parmesan and truffle vinaigrette, mussels with saffron, chicken Provençale or tuna tataki, not forgetting the famous seafood tower (US$ 85 or 165). Weekend brunch until 3pm.

Coup de cœur pour ce resto à Baton Rouge. Super agréable. Leur cuisine m'a aussi plu. Saveur au top.
