Hotel located in a historical building, offering splendid rooms and suites.
The Watermark is a Marriott hotel in a historic 1925 building - the state's first Art Deco skyscraper - that once housed the Louisiana National Bank. The old elements have been skilfully put forward without neglecting the comfort provided by modernity: the 144 rooms and suites are splendid, as are the hotel's two restaurants, The Gregory and Milford's on Third. Also on site: bicycle rental service, fitness room, free wifi.

The retro from a old bank back in the day to a beautiful hotel that overlooks the city and river makes it the place to stay when visiting Baton Rouge.
Unique art decor throughout the hotel. If you like something different, this is your place. The closet is an open wire cage that also holds the fridge and safe. Curtain system to pull for privacy at the bathroom sink.
I loved it, and hope you do too.
