Location, location, location.... service is always on point as well. Although the bed is a hair firm to me, it is still a good night's rest in a clean, courteous home away from home.

Super nice staff. Clean rooms. Close to LSU campus. Parking was a bit of an issue when the restaurant in the same center got busy. Also, keys deactivated twice during my stay which really ticks me off.

Great hotel for some localized food spots. Everything is about 10 minutes from the hotel.

Accidentally booked wrong dates, called 30 seconds later, and they refused to refund me the TWO ROOMS I accidentally booked. Thankfully Chase Bank understands there are scummy properties like this out there and refunded me.

The room and hotel were great but I was charged a smoking fee even though I don't smoke and there definitely was not any smoking in the room. I didn't even use the kitchen or spend time in a place where smoking took place to give them any benefit of the doubt. Stay away as they're probably hoping you don't notice the charge on your credit card.

This was my first experience staying at a Sonesta and it was absolutely wonderful! I was in town visiting LSU as a potential graduate student and the location was perfect. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was phenomenal! A special thanks to Peter who was so very kind and went the extra mile by recommending places to eat and even calling them to see if they had what I was looking for. My stay here was truly wonderful. Thank you.

Worst housekeeping/cleaning service I have ever seen. “Clean” Towels constantly had hair in them. Room was never cleaned. Sheets barely ever changed and when they did change the sheets there were stains all over. Housekeeping just barges into your room. Annoying part is after you complain and complain they don’t fix anything and just redo the exact same thing you complained about .

Rooms, price, and location accommodations suited us well for graduation day on LSU's campus. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We just stayed here for the 2nd time! We come into town often and I refuse to book anywhere else in BR! Always friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, and you can even overlook the golf course if you’re lucky! They upgraded us to a king suite for this quick impromptu stay and it was immaculate.

So so… rooms were fine. Complementary breakfast was meh. It’s close to LSU campus, which is why we stayed there. Overall nothing special.
