Founded in 2017, Rally Cap Microbrewery definitely has a soft spot for well-hopped beers, judging by the well-stocked slate in Pale Ale and IPA styles. That said, they also brew sour beers, usually fruity, stouts and Belgian-inspired beers. For those who are a little peckish, some restaurant owners set up shop in pop-up mode (see Facebook page for dates and menus). Finally, it is possible to visit the brewing facilities from Wednesday to Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 1pm.
