At Prejean's, the décor brings together all the essential equipment for life in the bayous. Specialties include seafood, grilled meats and boils (crawfish and shrimp or both, available only in the evening from 5pm). The menu doesn't stop there, featuring almost every Louisiana specialty: gumbo, crawfish etouffee, po-boy, shrimp & grits, alligator, etc. All well-cooked and recommended by our chef. All well-cooked and recommended by an authentic local Cajun. Bonus: live music several nights a week, usually Cajun.

Restaurant très animé à l’ambiance conviviale. Le soir où nous y sommes allées il y avait un petit concert de jazz. La nourriture y est délicieuse. Je recommande!
