A very nice place to have a drink and/or a bite to eat. Hideaway is best known for its cocktails, including its "signature" collection that changes with the seasons. There are also several Louisiana craft beers, including our favorite, the Jucifer IPA. On the gourmet menu, the burgers are the big star of the place and despite the late hour, the chef agreed to prepare the brunch burger with extra bacon (because bacon is life!). We also noticed a very Quebecois specialty on the menu, the famous poutine. Who would have thought it?
