Located in the building that until recently housed Gator Cove, a seafood restaurant well known to locals, Wildcat Brothers Distillery specializes in rum. On site, you can taste the distillers' various creations, either in raw form or in cocktails. Live shows are also held there every month (see the Facebook page for details), as well as a rum "school" and possibly Cajun cooking classes.
