Very good food spiced to your liking: normal, strong, very strong (which is not the case of all the restaurants that, without asking your opinion, put a whole bunch of spices). The restaurant claims to serve the biggest crayfish in the world (of course, it's a minimum) and it's true that they are almost as big as lobsters... The gumbos and the stewed dishes are excellent, as well as the boiled seafood, the po-boys or the burgers. A good address. Note that the restaurant holds a market right next door.
