Built in 1908, this building originally housed a brothel, then was transformed into a saloon, the Old Vermilion Bar, by Alfred Baudoin at the end of the 19th century. Today it is a theater that receives productions and amateur troupes. It hosts theater shows, Broadway-style musicals, concerts, etc. Young people also take to the stage in the summer as part of the Summer Youth Production. The Vermilion Bar, renovated in 1981, is located in the beautiful lobby, with its original brickwork still visible.
