Stayed here over night as a Harvest Host guest. Lots of very interesting information about the history and culture of St. Landry Parish.

I have been wanting to come here for some time now. I had seen in brochures about their progress in having native plants, a sustainable parking lot, a "green" building that used mainly recycled and repurposed building materials. The gal working was friendly and well informed about things to do in the area. I received a shocking blow that the nearby trash dump is not doing its tour that is advertised in travel brochures about their methane capture being used to fuel the parish vehicles. I am glad I stopped by here to find out.
