One of the best places in the area to get homemade blood sausage and cracklins (fried pork fat). Billy's also sells a variety of meats (chicken, pork, beef, etc.), sausages, pellets stuffed with blood sausage or crawfish, etc. You can order to go or eat on the spot before resuming your visits. Billy's has three other locations in the area, in Krotz Springs, Lafayette and Scott.

J'ai mangé dans ce resto à Opelousas. Leur boudins sont vraiment excellents. Je me suis régalé.
