I wasnt pleased with the maintenance of the property. It was clean looking in the rooms, beds were nice, pillows were tiny, the freezer door wouldn't close cause freezer needed defrosting. Temps outside dropped to 21° F n my heater didn't work n the TV kept loosing dignal..it's just neglect or laziness on the owner. The repairs need to be done by somebody who knows how to do them n takes pride in their work. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was knowledgeable of the area, friendly, n very helpful.

I was a little confused that their website says pet friendly but everywhere outside their building says they're not but other than that.. the lady was a little disengaged during check in but oh well! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Stop here on the way back to Houston from late night crew changes out of Fourchon. Staff of friendly, food nearby late night, easy access and rooms are clean.

The first time. It was very friendly. Gina was super nice. Our room was fantastic and comfortable. They just opened so I recommend y'all to go there

The Front Desk Staff Brandi and Faith were kind, caring, and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one! The housekeeping staff Victoria and Melissa work very hard at keeping the rooms clean and stocked. The only complaint we had was the owner Nick is very unkind and unaccommodating! We requested a late checkout and was told that it would be a $20 additional fee. It was very upsetting to be treated like an ATM rather than a valued customer. FYI, there is a $20 early checkin charge as well!

When check in they didnt give my ID back!!! And it’s impossible to reach them by phone - never pick up. Horrible service awful motel. DO NOT recommend to anyone

Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Found Bed Bugs in the room and had to leave rather unfortunate.

By far, this was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The pillows were wet and smelled moldy. The toilet didn't work. There was some kind of sticky substance on the bathroom floor. There was damaged sheet rock throughout the room, including the towl rack that was partially pulled off the wall. There was a leak in the AC unit, and the carpet around the AC unit was soaked. And, the TV didn't work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

From checking in to checking out, not one issue or concern or problem. The staff went above and beyond any time we saw them or had a question and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everyday housekeeping checked in with us and asked if we wanted our room freshened up, or if we needed towels, ect. We had an exceptional stay and would recommend anyone to stay with this fantastic staff and allow them to accommodate you for however long you will be staying with them. I promise they will take care of you, day or night!

We walked in and walked out. The smell was unbearable. Hair on the toilet seat. The sink and counter were never cleaned. Crumbs, dirt and hair on the floor. We paid $100 for nothing. We drove an extra hour to a much MUCH better hotel for the same price.
