Here is a restaurant with Italian influences, which serves a rather varied and consensual menu. Meat is in the spotlight with a filet mignon with crab cake and béarnaise sauce, or a pork osso bucco with a Cabernet demi-glace sauce. Some nice appetizers also make your mouth water, like the Rockefeller-style oysters and the platters of charcuterie and cheeses (nice selection). We're glad to see Fremin's back on the Thibodaux food scene, as the restaurant suffered damage during Hurricane Ida.

Très bon resto pour apprécier une délicieuse cuisine italienne. Je me suis bien régalé. Adresse à découvrir à Thibodaux.
