One of the best restaurants in Thibodaux. The chef sums up his cuisine as "Rustic Southern Cuisine," offering a fresh, understated approach to the culinary traditions of the American South. The products are bought from local producers and then carefully selected before going to the kitchen. And the result is quite appetizing: slow-braised lamb shank with artichoke tempura and sautéed peas, pearl carrots and onions, and blanquette sauce. Or how to prove that the simplest things are the best.

Tout à fait d'accord avec Petit Futé concernant le Cinclare. Un excellent resto à Thibodaux.
