A fine address in Lake Charles, this restaurant with a French name offers classic cuisine with a touch of originality, in a refined setting. From foie gras and crispy duck confit to braised shrimp and scallops with champagne sauce, there's no doubt that gourmets will be satisfied here. Chef Mohamed, Algerian by birth, has worked in top restaurants in the USA and France (including La Tour d'Argent), before embarking on the adventure of La Truffe Sauvage in 1998. A long story with taste.
