Located on the edge of a small wood and with a large yard, this Lake Charles microbrewery is a must-see. The project was started by two young beer lovers trained in the delicate art of fermentation who wanted to offer something local and creative. And the result is there: in addition to the "classics" served all year round, the brewers develop seasonal recipes. Add to that a beautiful space and a bistro, and you've got it. Why "Crying Eagle"? That's a question we leave to you to ask the owners!
