It's hard to miss the huge fermenter in the parking lot that clearly announces the colors of the place. Founded by Jonathan Knoll and Chris Pahl, this craft brewery is our best bet for a local beer, whether you're in the mood for a thirst-quenching lager or a boldly bitter IPA. Located right in the brewery, Fresh Catch Bistreaux offers snacks, sandwiches and burgers for every taste (including the shrimp po-boy, oysters, etc.) and main courses ranging from grilled meats to fried seafood platters.
