As the name suggests, barbecue cuisine is in the spotlight here. In addition to its main specialties of ribs, beef brisket and potatoes topped with meat, bacon, cheese and sour cream, the restaurant offers platters of barbecued meats, which can also be purchased by the pound (454 grams). The menu also includes burgers, sandwiches, po-boys and all the classic side dishes, not forgetting seafood Fridays with fried catfish or fried shrimp. Good deal: a weekday lunch menu for US$10.
