In the 1930s, this restaurant was a jewelry store. Today, the interior has been preserved. Some will say the decor is busy, others will be impressed by the high ceilings adorned with moldings, the majestic chandeliers and the beautiful rotunda. Bought in 2011 by the owner of Loyd Hall Plantation (Cheneyville), this restaurant is an excellent table in Alexandria, if not the best. One is quickly seduced by its elegant interior and its jubilant menu. And for a simple aperitif, the bar on the mezzanine is the place to be.
