Service is great rooms are excellent and great location for food and what I do

Very comfortable and large room...the bed was great!

This was a great place to stay and very affordable.

Room was filthy. Lightbulbs not replaced in a while as my main room light went out and my bathroom light went out. Asked for a remedy when I was told they could do nothing about it but move me to a new room if it bothered me so much. I accepted but had to do an entire check out and re check in process in which I had to pack up all of my things.... then wait for the room to be available. I've been to many many hotels and this is absolutely subpar for being clean. The elevator smells like wet smelly dog and human musk and sweat. There are roaches and have cobwebs hanging in the corners of at least 2 of their "executive king suites" I've never felt less accommodated or cared for and to think someone would actually pay to stay here is insane. For all the 5 star reviews this place has the only 5 star in my book was the breakfast. The staff was ok but nothing spectacular as the response to a difficult situation is "Sorry it's not up to me." Which means to me "not my problem" people pay good money for good hospitality and this hotel is missing the latter. This is def the dirtiest place I've ever paid to sleep at. For context I was here 16 days on work assignment and I'm def getting my money back... disgusting

The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and the room was comfortable. We will stay there again!

Very good hotel and I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels. Stayed for 5 nights and on my 4th day I asked for full service house keeping because I have a toddler and he made and good amount of crumbs over the 4 days being there. The house keeper with the name Karen did an amazing job and was great to come back to a clean place after attending my grandmas funeral. My toddler was so excited to see his bed made and his bear waiting for him. Also left us a nice little message

Please stop raising the price of your basic hotel during the week of Grambling homecoming when Grambling is about 33 miles away. There seem to be no other times when you have those excessive price hikes. Haven't you companies benefitted enough from African Americans. I will let everyone I know not to use your hotel in West Monroe and everywhere else due to your price gauging on the weekend of an HBCU event.

We had called to let them know that we would be a late arrival. As we enter the lobby we were greeted with a beautiful smiling face named Charlisa. " I'm so happy you made it! If there's anything I can do for you, just let me know!" Our room was spotless, smelled fresh and was very roomy! Bed a tad hard, and walls and windows let in quite a bit of noise, so bring your sound machine. Overall, a very nice 3 day stay and yes, we would stay here again!

Great dog friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and had nice dove products. Accommodating to multiple large dogs and there is a park with walking trails right outside the hotel.

Nothing bad, all good. 2nd stay in 1 week.

????The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, microwave, iron, small coffee maker. Dove cosmetics in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and new towels. Free Wi-Fi. Fitness center.
‼️Breakfast is included in the price. Unfortunately, I didn’t try it because breakfast is until 9 am. (not convenient).

‼️The housekeeper started knocking on the door at 9.20 in the morning, I didn’t understand the reason. We kindly ask the hotel manager to stop such actions when some guests are still resting.

We stay at this location all the time when in town. Dog friendly and the best free breakfast ever. Hotel staff is really friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at this La Quinta. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast superb! Would stay at this location again.
