The Pappas family is at the origin of a veritable culinary empire born in 1897, the year H.D. Pappas decided to leave Greece to live his American dream. The heirs have since created a whole bunch of concepts across the United States, including the Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, a popular address with locals that, despite being a chain, offers a fairly well executed seafood cuisine. We especially like it for its spicy and fragrant Cajun recipes.
