A fairly new restaurant that's doing very well! A temple to inspired Mexican cuisine, with an emphasis on coastal and seafood products, Caracol is as pleasant and sunny on the plate as it is in its ambience and decor. A sparkling je-ne-sais-quoi that feels good. You'll find oysters, succulent mussels, tuna tacos, ceviche to die for and grilled octopus. A highly recommended address for a delicious, flavorful meal, offering an alternative to the heavier, less fresh Tex-Mex.

De passage à Houston, on a fait une petite pause au caracol. Leur accueil était très sympa. J'adore!
