To be pronounced " so-chee ". This is the address of chef Hugo Ortega who honors recipes inspired by the tasty and colorful cuisine of Oaxaca, a state in southern Mexico. You can sit down in a chic and contemporary decor that is actually quite sober. We like above all the originality of the dishes and the pretty presentations, but we regret a little the rather high prices. For those who are in search of new flavors: the mole, a Mexican sauce from Oaxaca, is to be discovered. The cocktails based on mezcal and tequila are also to be tested.
