SAMBUCA
A well-known restaurant in Houston, where meals are accompanied by live music. From its blues and jazz beginnings, the house has moved on to American variety. A list of upcoming concerts is available on their website. A bar welcomes customers who don't want to eat and just want to listen to the music. On the restaurant side, the room is overly elegant, with its parquet floor, bricks and large zebra-print sofas, which is rather unnecessary when you consider that the restaurant is housed in one of Houston's few old buildings, Old Rice Hotel. Concerts generally start around 7pm. On the menu, pasta and pizza, but also more refined dishes, such as excellent cuts of beef. Vegetarian plates also available.
