One of those restaurants that make Houston the taste capital of the American South. Brennan's serves delicious Creole cuisine, inspired by Louisiana and the Southern spirit so prevalent in Texas. They also have an address in New Orleans' old French Quarter. On the menu, you'll find plenty of seafood, expertly seasoned and spiced, as well as other surprising flavors, such as spicy green apple salad or Gulffish with pecans. The whole thing is a miracle for the taste buds.
