Blue Nile is a family-run restaurant open since 1994, mentioned as one of the best ethnic restaurants in Houston. In a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, you can enjoy succulent traditional Ethiopian dishes. Their dishes are served with injera bread, a pancake-like loaf made from teff flour.
