Houston museum honoring soldiers of African descent who served the United States flag during the Revolution.
It's a bit like the famous song by the king of reggae, Bob Marley. The site pays tribute to the soldiers of African descent who served under the flag of the United States during the Revolution, in the conflict with Spain and in both World Wars. Segregation didn't just take place in the streets, but also in the ranks of the army, as this museum shows. These African-American soldiers would have been so named by the natives.
