Everywhere in the state, we're assured that Texans are the kings of barbecue. This is yet another opportunity to prove it, especially since the owners have been in the business for over 25 years. The years go by, but the audience remains. Indeed, Queen's Bar-B-Que has a great reputation. Chunks of beef, slices of turkey, pork chops... no meat seems to stand up to this barbecue. We're already salivating.
