This is one of Galveston's finest restaurants, opened by Francisco Vargas, aka Paco. His fish and seafood dishes, spiced up with South American influences and grilled to perfection, tantalize the taste buds. The wines, which Paco often personally suggests at each table, add to the pleasure of this excellent meal. We recommend the jumbo prawns(camarones) in Creole sauce, or the tuna in jalapeño sauce, and for carnivores, why not treat yourself to a filet mignon also in jalapeño sauce?
