Museum with a permanent collection highlighting the artistic heritage of Texas, the bordering states and Mexico.
The museum's permanent collection showcases the artistic heritage not only of Texas, but also of neighboring states, including Mexico. In all, over 1,300 works, from paintings to ceramics, drawings and collages, are on public display. Most of these works are quite recent, with some very fine contemporary pieces. A great place to see Texas' rich artistic heritage. They also offer temporary exhibitions.
