A bit like Franklin's, at La Barbecue, you'd better come early to sample the melt-in-your-mouth meats patiently prepared in the back of the food truck. The truck serves meat - beef, pork and turkey - sold by weight, alone or arranged in sandwiches. Once you've collected your victuals, you can sit back in the shade for an authentic carnivorous tasting session, at the cost of a patience-testing queue! It's a good idea to accompany your meat with mac'n'cheese. It's delicious, but unfortunately not suitable for vegetarians...
