This café-restaurant is located in the pretty house on Kerbey Lane. Since it opened in 1980, it has been a popular spot for brunch. Since then, the Kerbey Lane Café has had a number of smaller outlets, including one on Guadalupe Street, adjacent to the University campus. More student than family atmosphere, but the same warm, reassuring cuisine. They offer a seasonal menu with fresh, local produce. Otherwise, you'll find great American classics, but cooked rather healthily, including very good sandwiches and burgers.
