You have Uchi for a more affordable menu, and then you have Uchiko for the upscale version, all the more tasty! Our few favorites are gyutoro, or sushi with a small slice of prime rib on a layer of white rice, and hama chili: yellowtail on a layer of sliced orange. The dishes are generally small, to be shared with several people, and ordered as you eat. All this in a modern and refined atmosphere: you would think you were in Japan!
