An address worth waiting for. We're not the only ones who think chef Tyson Cole is a master sushi chef. By 5pm, the restaurant is packed, and no wonder: the tasty dishes combine both fresh seafood and local seasonal ingredients. A must-try is the shag roll, in the "makimono" section. Advance reservations are highly recommended. They recently opened a second address on North Lamar Boulevard under the name Uchiko, also worth a try!
