One of a small colony of food trucks you'll come across on your way to Barton Springs, Açai Hut is run by Brazilians who specialize in frozen sweets made fromaçai, the Brazilian berry with countless virtues and, it is said, the main food of Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt. The white and purple truck's vitamin-packed preparations mix banana, strawberry and kiwi, and sometimes even avocado and cashew nuts, as is the case with the overpowering and aptly named Chuck Norris Cup. An energizing stopover!
