It's high time to think about a drink. Well-connected to the region's vineyards, the Cabernet Grill offers the best wine list in town. Located in the southwest of downtown, it's an ideal place to discover Texas wine, especially as the dishes that accompany the glass of red are very good. The sautéed shrimps with garlic are highly recommended. The wooden dining room is superbly rustic. The restaurant is housed within the Cotton Gin, which also offers charming rooms.
