NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE PACIFIC WAR
One of the very few museums in the United States dedicated to the Pacific War and the only one to be exclusively dedicated to it
This is one of the very few museums in the United States dedicated to the Pacific War, and the only one dedicated exclusively to it. It is divided into five main areas: the combat zone, the Admiral Nimitz Museum, the Japanese Peace Gardens, the George Bush Library and a memorial. An area for veterans has also been provided. A complete tour of the site takes at least 2.5 hours. The museum also displays period artifacts of the Japanese military.
