Behind the large, lighted doors of a renovated historic building, Cured serves house-made charcuterie as well as local produce and seafood from Gulf suppliers. Meats are cured for up to a year and offered with beer, wine or cocktail suggestions that enhance the flavors. This restaurant embodies the perfect blend of a contemporary and historic atmosphere, with a tasty and original menu, at prices that are quite reasonable for the value.
