Located in a restored firehouse in downtown Southtown, Battalion offers refined Italian cuisine. The grilled mackerel and red meat dishes are succulent, but the homemade pastas, such as lasagne, fettuccine and spaghetti, are the real stars of the menu. Some of the dishes are served in small portions, so you can order more than one, rather like tapas. Their wine selection is also very good, with top-of-the-range cocktails as well.
