One of the last remains of Fort San Antonio de Bejar, an old house transformed into a fort and palace of the Spanish governor
If you are interested in the history of San Antonio, don't just visit Fort Alamo, visit this old house, built in 1722 and transformed into a fort and palace of the Spanish governor during the colonization. It is one of the last remains of Fort San Antonio de Bejar, renovated in 1930. It is certainly the most beautiful building in San Antonio, inside and out, with gardens that take you back to another era.

Ancien palais du gouverneur espagnol, cette demeure en pierre jaune a un charme indéfinissable . un petit musée bien sympathique est à l'intérieur .
