A little more affordable than its Uptown neighbors, The Highland has a little something extra. You'll find stylish decor and a staff that listens. The infinity pool is a big plus for the hotel. Also of note is the Knife restaurant, which offers 100% Texas menus concocted by recently Michelin-starred chef John Tesar. On the menu, mainly all-natural local meats, traditional recipes with a twist.
