Parliament is considered one of the best cocktail bars in Dallas, with mixologists who manage to work miracles of creativity with every conceivable spirit. On the menu, superbly executed classics or totally original inventions. And a cocktail made with reindeer antler extracts... truly unheard of. We highly recommend it for those looking to experience and discover the city in a different way. The atmosphere is warm and modern, and the establishment is located in the heart of Uptown.
