It's the kind of restaurant you'd think existed only in Quentin Tarantino films. This one, with its white, single-storey front and big letters engraved on the window, is "The" reference for hamburger fans in Fort Worth. Originally, it was a grocery store, until one day in 1966, after 20 years in business, its manager decided to prepare hamburgers from surplus meat and sell them. The success was immediate and has been growing ever since. And the meat is even better today.

Nous avons déjeuné dans ce resto lors de notre passage à Fort Worth. Leur service mérite des éloges. Tout à fait sympa et professionnel.
