The chef favors seasonal produce, which guarantees variety and freshness. Pasta is homemade, and sometimes mixed with mushrooms, peas and smoked ham, when there's no lobster risotto. Moi et ma femme, on a déjeuné une fois au grâce à Fort Worth. Les plats étaient bien concoctés. Un vrai délice!
