This restaurant is specialized in southern food, a typical Louisiana or Mississippi cuisine. Result: most of the dishes are fried. We won't dare to say that it is not fatty, but in any case it is good and prepared with care. The opportunity to try a very different cuisine from the rest of Texas. Among the traditional dishes, there are obviously fried catfish, fried shrimp, and po'boys: a sandwich with what they call 'French bread'. It's up to you to discover!
