It's a bit like the local canteen. Red meat or pork chops, mostly barbecued, in the purest Texan tradition. On the spot or to take away, the menu remains the same. Portions are more than generous. If you're a couple, you don't necessarily need to order two dishes: one is enough. If you're feeling a bit peckish, there are also some very good sandwiches (from US$7).
