This was originally Amarillo's oldest café. It opened in 1946 and became a cantina and concert hall in 1996, after several changes of ownership. Its burgers and chilis have made its reputation, but the establishment is also very popular for its live music evenings. Check the website for the program. An excellent address that has retained the spirit of its creators and of The Mother Road.
