Between breakfast tacos and bar-b-qs, you'll find Texas classics here. Their meat is oak-smoked rather than mesquite-smoked, a wood more common in traditional bar-b-qs. Rudy's is an American diner-style restaurant, often found on the side of the road. It's all Texas folklore: red-checkered tablecloths, American and Texan flags hanging from the ceiling, and great service! The drive-thru is temporarily closed.
